Instead of just boiled potatoes, I made a medium baking potatoes, grated, tofu filled and fried with parsley.&lt;br /&gt;Normally, I use in Spain a very soft kind of tofu and very difficult to work for it to be consistent, here as always thanks to the asian supermarkets, I buy a brand of tofu that is perfect for making thick food. Always is the same, for example you buy a tofu small box in "elcorteinglés" (spanish big supermarket) and you pay the double of price than in an asian supermarket for 1kg, the same goes for soybeans, miso, etc etc ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 102);"&gt;Judías verdes, con ajo y aceite de oliva, como siempre. En vez de simplemente patata cocida, he hecho una patata a medio cocer, posteriormanete rallada, rellena de tofu y frita con perejíl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 102);"&gt;Normalmente, el tofu que utilizo en España es muy blando y muy difícil de trabajar para que quede consistente si no es añadiéndole un espesante, aquí gracias como siempre a los supermercados de comida asiática compro una marca de tofu que es perfecto para hacer cosas compactas.
